Relationships with manufacturers. As the premier service provider in California we are able to form relationships with many manufacturers which entrust us to service their products within its warranty period. All manufacturers require specific details or documents as proof of coverage. When contacting us for warranty repairs we will require that you provide us with equipment type, model number and most importantly equipment serial number. Along with this information we will from time to time request the date of sale and receipt of sale. If at any time these items are not provided to us we will not be able to honor your warranty status. |

Our custom Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PM’s) are designed to keep your equipment working safely and efficiently and to limit the frequency of repairs through regular maintenance, calibration, lubrication and inspections. It is a misconception that since a piece of equipment is under a manufacturers warranty a service agreement is not necessary. The best analogy is your vehicle. Although the vehicle is under warranty, the dealer does not pay for oil changes, tire rotation, alignments, tune ups etc… All equipment has a manufacturer suggested PM procedure which should be done weekly, monthly and daily from the day you receive your equipment. We offer a customized PM program designed for your specific equipment needs. Upon contract approval your facility and equipment will be entered into our database keeping a trend history and inventory listing of your equipment. Each piece of equipment at your facility will be numbered for your convenience and ease of service call request. A log book is also provided to be kept at the facility to specify the details needed for the field service technician to complete the service request.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements are necessary for any facility hoping to limit member complaints while providing a safer workout experience.
During each prevetantive maintenance visit, ALL equipment covered under this agreement will be: inspected for safety, thoroughly cleaned on the interior as well as the exterior, lubricated and adjusted in accordance to manufacturers' specifications. Upon the completion of your visit we will complete our Preventative Maintenance Checklist that will indicate any need for repairs that were discovered to avoid any down time in your facility.
